This roadmap outlines the current and planned stages of development for THE FRAME.
It focuses on conceptual formalization, documentation, and dissemination, not on product delivery.
Phase 1 — Foundation (Current)
- Consolidation of the core conceptual framework
- Formal definition of the three-layer structure
- Clarification and stabilization of axiom schemas
- Internal validation through structured reasoning cases
- First stabilized iteration based on prior conceptual work
Objective:
Establish a coherent, internally consistent foundation suitable for formal documentation.
Phase 2 — Formalization & Documentation
- Full specification of the framework
- Production of White Paper – Version 1
- Development of reference reasoning examples
- Explicit articulation of comparison and divergence mechanisms
Objective:
Make the framework explicit, reproducible, and communicable. This phase builds on the stabilized foundation produced in Phase 1
Phase 3 — Dissemination & Dialogue
- Publication of foundational materials
- Engagement with academic and institutional audiences
- Collection of feedback and critical perspectives
- Iterative refinement of the framework
Objective:
Test robustness through dialogue and prepare for broader application contexts.
Beyond the roadmap
Future developments may include applied use cases, tooling, or implementations.
These are explicitly out of scope for the current phase and will be addressed only once the foundational work is complete.

GRDprocess Sàrl is a Swiss limited liability company acting as the legal and operational vehicle for the development of THE FRAME.
The company is currently operated by its founder and sole shareholder.
