GRDprocess : Independent research on autonomous artificial cognition

GRDprocess Sàrl is an independent Swiss research lab building DARWIN ZERO, formerly developed under the working name AATM.

DARWIN ZERO is a software research program designed to test whether an artificial system can build usable internal representations from partial perception, movement, memory and internal regulation, without relying on predefined labels, external semantic context or centrally stored object models.

The project does not claim general intelligence. It aims to produce falsifiable experimental systems where autonomy, representation, prediction, memory and action can be observed, tested and improved.

Public demonstrators are available through Next Insight.

Current focus

DARWIN ZERO is currently focused on the transition from isolated demonstrators toward an integrated homeostatic-sensorimotor architecture.

The system must remain active, observable and testable while linking internal imbalance, action pressure, movement, local sensing, prediction, memory and future behavior.

I am available for discussion and open to serious collaboration or support from individuals who share this long-term vision.

What exists

Several public and restricted demonstrators already exist: Carl, Autonomous Engine, Environment Simulator, Blob HB1 and the Blob Loop B1–B5 series.

They do not prove the full architecture. They expose partial mechanisms and validation stages.

What is needed

The next step requires focused technical development, experimental consolidation and financial support.
